That sentence costs nothing to write, so it tells you nothing. What follows is the mechanism behind each of ours — the part you can check, and the part a competitor cannot copy by editing a headline.
The AI answers only from knowledge you wrote down. It has no other source to draw on.
How it works
Every reply is generated against retrieved passages from your knowledge base, and the model must return a separate verdict on whether it could answer at all. If that verdict is no, the reply is discarded and a human is called — the customer never sees a guess.
Without it
A general-purpose chatbot fills the gap with something plausible. You find out when a customer arrives expecting the delivery charge it invented.
Every answer carries a confidence score, and you set the line below which it stays quiet.
How it works
The model reports its own confidence alongside each reply. Below your threshold the conversation is handed to a person even though an answer existed. Raise it while you are still building trust, lower it once your knowledge base has proved itself.
Without it
Most tools give you an on/off switch. You either accept every answer it produces or you turn the AI off.
Every failed question is captured, counted and waiting for you to answer once.
How it works
When the AI can't answer, the question is filed as a knowledge gap with a count of how many people have asked it. You write the answer in a text box; it becomes knowledge immediately and the next customer is handled automatically. Ask the same thing again after it was answered and the gap reopens, because the answer clearly missed.
Without it
You get a handoff rate and no idea what caused it — so the knowledge base stays exactly as wrong as the day you wrote it.
Real cost per conversation, per channel and per product — not an opaque monthly bill.
How it works
Every AI conversation records what it cost to produce. Analytics shows that against what you pay, so growth never arrives as a surprise invoice. A conversation is a 24-hour window with one customer however many messages are inside it, so a long exchange costs the same as a single question.
Without it
Per-message pricing punishes exactly the conversations that were going well, and you find out at the end of the month.
Bengali, Banglish and English in the same sentence. Taka pricing. bKash and Nagad.
How it works
Retrieval matches on meaning rather than words, so a customer writing informally still reaches the policy you wrote formally. Prices are set in taka, and payment runs through SSLCommerz alongside international cards.
Without it
Tools built elsewhere handle the language badly, price in dollars, and ask a shop owner in Dhaka for a card they may not have.
Workspace isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL itself, not by application code remembering to filter.
How it works
Row-level security means a query that forgets its tenant filter returns nothing rather than someone else's conversations. Stored credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown again after saving.
Without it
In most products one missing WHERE clause is all that stands between your conversations and another customer's.

Confidence threshold
Below this, the AI hands over instead of answering.

Outside these hours the AI tells customers when your team is back.
You set the confidence line and the words that always mean “get me a person”.
Do you deliver to Sylhet?

Yes — we deliver to Sylhet. Outside Dhaka the charge is 120 taka and it takes 2–3 working days.
Can I pay in instalments?

Is there a warranty on this?

Answer once, and the AI handles it from then on.
We can't tell you what percentage of your conversations the AI will handle — that depends on what you write down, and anyone quoting a number without seeing your knowledge base is guessing. The free plan exists so you can find out in an afternoon instead of trusting a figure on a website.
