Sell in the chat
Two questions fill every BD shop's inbox: “this one সায়িজ আছে?” and “আমার অর্ডার কই?” — both have factual answers sitting in software nobody has time to open.
The problem
Your team alt-tabs between chat and the shop admin all day, retyping prices and order numbers. The customer waits, and half of them stop waiting.
Ask for a red three piece under 3,000 and the AI searches your live catalogue, then answers with the actual price, stock and link. It can only offer what your shop just returned — an invented product is not something it is told to avoid, it is something it has no way to produce.
Real status, items and courier tracking, read out only to someone whose phone or email matches the order. The AI relays the result; it never decides who is allowed to see what.
The customer chooses, the AI reads the full total back — items, delivery charge, address — and waits for a clear yes. Then the order lands in your shop with an order number, and a payment link if they are paying online. Changed their mind a minute later? It cancels.
Shopify and WooCommerce work out of the box. Everything else — GetCommerce, a custom CMS, whatever your developer built — connects through one published contract: three read endpoints and an API key. Your platform builds it once and every shop on it can connect the same day.
Everything below is built and live today — not a roadmap.
Getting there
No migration, no consultant, no rebuild of how you work.
Integrations → pick Shopify, WooCommerce or Other platform, paste the credentials. ReplyX tests them before saving and tells you what it found.
Catalogue search and order tracking start immediately, on every channel you have connected. Nothing else to configure.
A separate switch, off by default, with a maximum order value you choose. Above it the AI hands to your team instead.
Before you ask
No, and not because it is asked nicely. Every line is priced from a catalogue call made seconds earlier, and every product id sent to your shop came back from your shop. Out of stock, no price, or not in the results means the order is refused before it reaches you.
A cap you set on order value (৳15,000 unless you change it), three AI-placed orders per customer per day, twenty units per line, and a quote that expires after thirty minutes. Past any of those it stops and calls a human.
Never. Your own gateway issues the payment link and the customer pays you directly. ReplyX has no card data and no gateway relationship — it passes the link on, nothing more.
Three endpoints that return JSON: what you support, what you sell, and where an order is. An afternoon's work, and there is a checker that tells them exactly what is wrong before they ever talk to us. Taking orders in chat is two more endpoints, whenever you want them.
In your shop. ReplyX calls you during the conversation and keeps no copy of your catalogue or your orders, which is also why a price change is live in the very next answer.
Add your FAQ, connect one channel, and see how much the AI handles before you pay anything.
