How billing works
You pay per conversation,
not per message
A conversation is a 24-hour window with one customer, however many messages are inside it. A long back-and-forth that ends in a sale costs exactly the same as a one-line question.
Per-message pricing punishes success
The conversations that go well are the ones with the most messages. Billing each one turns your best outcomes into your biggest line item.
You can see the real cost
Every AI conversation records what it actually cost to produce. Analytics shows it by channel and by product, so growth never arrives as a surprise invoice.
Run out and nothing breaks

Pricing questions
What counts as an AI conversation?
A 24-hour window with one customer. From the AI's first reply, every message it sends that customer over the next 24 hours counts as a single conversation — no matter how many back-and-forth messages. After 24 hours, the next AI reply starts a new one. Human replies from your team are always free.
What happens after my free conversations run out?
A small per-conversation charge is deducted from your prepaid AI wallet. You recharge the wallet whenever you like. If the wallet is empty, new conversations simply route to your team's inbox — nothing breaks.
Is the Free plan a trial that expires?
No. It is a plan, not a countdown — 100 AI conversations a month, renewing every 30 days, for as long as you want it. Upgrade when your volume outgrows it, not when a clock runs out.
