Delete your account

Sign in and go to Account → Danger zone → Delete workspace. You will be asked to type the workspace name, because this cannot be undone. The same option is in the ReplyX app for Android under Settings.

If your workspace has more than one member, only the owner can delete it. An agent who wants their own access removed should ask the owner to remove them from the team, which deletes their membership without touching anyone else's work.

Deleting a workspace permanently removes:

• every conversation and message, on every channel
• every contact, along with their profile and notes
• your knowledge base, including uploaded files and their embeddings
• photos and voice notes sent or received in conversations
• your AI agents, saved replies, tags, tickets, leads and workflows
• your channel connections — Facebook Pages, WhatsApp numbers, Instagram accounts and website widgets are disconnected, and the access tokens we hold for them are destroyed
• your team members' access to that workspace
• your login, if that workspace was the only one your account belonged to

There is no recovery once this is done. Export anything you want to keep first — Analytics exports conversation data as CSV.

Two things outlive the workspace, and both are legal obligations rather than choices:

• Payment and invoice records — kept for as long as Bangladesh tax and accounting law requires. These hold the amount, the date and the business name, not your conversations.
• Security and abuse logs — kept for up to 12 months. These record that a request happened, not what was said in it.

Backups are the other exception. A deleted workspace is gone from the live system immediately, but encrypted backups taken before the deletion roll off on their normal schedule rather than being edited.

Email support@replyx.io from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will verify that the address controls the account and confirm once it is done, normally within five working days. If we cannot verify ownership we will say so rather than delete somebody else's workspace on request.

Deleting the ReplyX app from your phone does not delete your account — it only removes the app and the push registration for that device. Use the steps above to delete the account itself.
