ReplyX reads orders and products to answer questions, and changes nothing. Letting it place an order is a separate switch, off by default, with an order cap you choose.
Tokens and keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown again after you save them.
Every connection can be removed from the same screen that made it, and your conversations stay where they are.
