On your phone, and harder to sign up to by mistake
- NewReplyX for Android is on Google Play. The same inbox, the same knowledge, the same handover — and it stays quiet, notifying you only about conversations the AI decided it should not answer alone.
- NewConnecting WhatsApp no longer means reading a Meta dashboard, and a shop can keep using WhatsApp on their own phone after connecting it.
- NewSignup is behind a Turnstile check and the address is proved with a code rather than a link. Ninety-eight spam registrations in the days before it; none after.
- ImprovedFacebook connect asks which pages you mean every time, repairs a channel that has gone stale instead of refusing it, and warns you when a new grant would knock your other pages offline. A reconnect no longer counts against your channel quota.
- ImprovedThe whole portal moved onto one colour system, so the inbox, the admin console and the marketing site finally look like the same product.
- ImprovedThe wallet warns before it empties instead of cutting a shop off mid-sentence, and what an AI conversation actually costs is now written down where a customer can audit it.
- FixedThe AI no longer quotes plan limits an operator changed weeks ago, auto-close no longer empties the “Needs human” queue, and a read-only support session is now read-only on every route rather than only the ones scoped to a workspace.
