Automation

Automate with workflows

One sentence per rule: WHEN an event happens, IF it matches your conditions, THEN do these actions.

A minute per rule

The idea

Every workflow is one sentence. When an event happens — a message arrives, the AI hands off, a conversation closes, a new contact appears — if it matches your conditions, then run your actions, in order. No flowcharts, no code.

The vocabulary

  • Triggers (pick one) — message received · conversation handed off · conversation closed · contact created
  • Conditions (optional, all must match) — channel type, message text, contact tag; each tested with equals / contains / doesn't contain
  • Actions (run in order) — add a tag · assign a teammate · set status · send a reply · email a notification · call a webhook · create a support ticket · capture a sales lead

Build your first one

1

Open Workflows → New workflow

Start from a template to skip straight to a working example, or from scratch.

2

Set When, If, Then

For example: when a message is received, if the text contains “urgent”, then create a ticket with priority URGENT and assign it. Or: when the AI hands off, then email the team.

3

Read the summary and save

The builder shows your rule as a plain-English sentence before you save it — if the sentence reads right, the rule is right.

Results show up across the portal automatically: tags on conversations, tickets in the Tickets board, leads in the pipeline, runs in the workflow's history.
